Registration is closed for this event

The aim of this course is
To support voluntary and community organisations in Salford to evidence the value of their work on equalities.

This course will help you to

  • Understand your voluntary organisations responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010
  • Use a unique tool that will help you show funders and commissioners that you meet their equalities requirements
  • Develop your organisation's good practice on equalities

Who should attend?
As part of the Transforming Together project this training will be offered free to groups working with Salford beneficiaries.  Places are limited to 2 people for each group and include free follow up support after the training.

How to book
To book a place simply click the ‘Register Now’ button that appears at the bottom of this page. Alternatively, please click here to download a booking form.

If there is high demand for a course we may not be able to accept all members of multiple bookings so that as many organisations as possible can access the training. If  this is the case, you will be contacted by a member of staff at least a week before the course date.

This is a free course. A cancellation fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancellations with less than 7 days notice. You may delegate a colleague to attend in your place, in this case you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
