The People's Postcode Trust offers grants of between £500 and £10,000 to small organisations and community groups to support good local causes, the deadline for all applications is 5pm on Friday 25 May 2012.
Domestic Programme Fund aims to support small projects in the UK that protect victims of and end forced marriages, a total of £150,000 is available and it is anticipated that around 8 projects will be funded, the closing date for applications is the 31st May 2012.
The MSE Charity aims to help fight financial and consumer literacy, grants of up to £500 are available to individuals and grants of up to £5,000 are available to constituted community based groups, applications can be made between 1st May 2012 and 31st May 2012.
Kellogg's Swim Active scheme provides grants to not for profit organisations to help the development of innovative projects for Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students that encourage any aquatic activity which enhances motivation, removes barriers and increases participation in swimming. The closing date for applications is 1 June 2012.
Arla Foods UK plc has grants of up to £1,500 available to enable children to get closer to nature, the closing date for applications is the 4th June 2012.
Comic Relief Grants Programme is committed to funding work across the UK, grants of between £25,000 and £40,000 are available, the closing date is either 8th June 2012 or 29th June 2012 dependent on the area of funding

Cable & Wireless Worldwide are providing grants of up to £10,000 to support groups in enhancing the lives of those with special needs through communications expertise, the closing date for applications is 25th June 2012.
The Tilley Awards aim to support projects that can demonstrate that they have successfully tackled crime by offering grants of between £500 to £2,000, the deadline for applications is 1pm on the 27th June 2012.
McDonald’s KickStart Grants has grants available to support community football throughout the UK by offering grants of between £500 and £2,50, the next deadline for applications is the 30th June 2012,
The North Face Explore Fund aim to support projects that encourage youth outdoor participation and reconnect children with nature by providing grants of up to €2,500, the deadline for applications is 2nd July 2012.
Sita Trust’s Enhancing Communities Programme Core Fund aim to support projects that make physical improvements to community facilities and historic buildings / structures by offering grants of up to £60,000, grants of upto £20,00 are also available through their Fast Track Fund, the closing date for applications is 20th June 2012 for the Fast Track Fund and 10 am on the 23rd July 2012 for the Core Fund.
The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) have grants of £3,000 - £10,000 available to support charities, community groups and heritage organisations running local history projects, the closing date for applications is the 31st July 2012.
The Nominet Trust provides grants to organisations with innovative IT related project ideas that can make a positive difference to disadvantaged and vulnerable groups, there is no minimum grant application, the closing date for applications is the 1st August 2012.
The Interfaith Youth Trust will provide grants of between £300 and £500 to fund events organised by and for young people focused around Inter Faith Week 18-27 November 2012, the closing date for applications is the 1st September 2012.
Alcohol Research UK Small Grants Programme aims to support projects that have the potential to make a significant new contribution to the alcohol evidence base by offering grants of upto £5.000, grants of upto £3,000 are also available towards running a suitable conference.

Healthy Hearts Grants supports community groups, voluntary organisations and researchers who are spreading the healthy heart message, grants of up to £10,000 are available, applications can be made between 1st July and 31st August 2012
Sport England’s Inspired Facilities Fund aims to award capital grants to refurbish and improve community sports clubs, grants between £20,000 and £50,000 will be available, applications can be made between 23rd July 2012 and 17th September 2012
BBC Performing Arts Fund’s Music Fellowships scheme will award grants to music companies, organisations, venues and agencies in order to host a BBC Performing Arts Fund Music fellow, the scheme will be launched in August 2012
The Lords Taverners non-Turf Pitch Grants scheme includes grants towards the installation of non-turf pitches (£3000), practice ends (£2,000) and nets (£1,000), the application process will re-open in October 2012
