Organisational Health Check

Are you a voluntary organisation in Salford that wants to go places? Would you like to see your organisation grow stronger, but you’re not sure where to start? Are you concerned that there are things happening in the big wide world which your group might be able to take advantage of if only you knew how? Help is at hand! Salford CVS is offering a new service to groups – an organisational health check.

One of our Development Workers will either come to your organisation or meet with you here at Salford CVS. We will work with you to identify everything you need to help to make your ambitions become real, to produce an action plan for what you want to achieve.

The Development Team will then support your group over the months, or, if necessary, years, until your dream becomes a reality.

One small word of warning – the organisational health check service won’t be suitable for every group. The process is quite intensive and you’ll need to set aside a couple of hours to undergo the health check, besides making a commitment to work at developing your group until the work is finished.
