The Charity Commission website contains a wealth of information relevant ot charities and good governance. This includes essentials on how to be a good trustee, questions trustees need to ask regarding the economic downturn, toolkits on collaboration and mergers, guidance on preparing annual reports, and information about charitable purposes and public benefit.
