
Citizen's Advice Salford has reopened for limited face to face service at Eccles Gateway, Walkden Gateway and Broughton Hub.
These services are prioritised for people who will have difficulty accessing Citizen's Advice's services by phone or email and should not be used by anyone with symptoms of Covid-19 or anyone who has been in contact with someone with Covid 19. Face to face service users must wear a face-covering unless they are exempt from doing so.

The telephone service is open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm or the email advice service can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These services provide the same level of support as our usual face to face services.
