The UK’s leading property advice charity the Ethical Property Foundation is delighted to offer this property workshop for non-profit organisations in partnership with Salford CVS.

Venue: St Sebastian Community Centre, Douglas Green, Salford, M6 6ES

10am - 1.30pm Workshop and Lunch (included)

1.30pm - 3.30pm Confidential 1:1 Advice Clinic

You will work with real-life case studies from other community organisations and learn:

  • Trustee responsibility in relation to Community Asset Transfer
  • How to ensure that the Community Asset is a benefit and not a liability to your organisation
  • To understand the 5 key stages of Community Asset Transfer
  • About different types of property ownership – freehold v lease and licence
  • To recognise & manage risks involved in Community Asset Transfer
  • How to implement effective property management

Ethical Property Foundation are also offering free 30 minute confidential 1:1 advice sessions with property experts. These will run from 1.30-3.30 and are available on a first come first served basis.
