How our organisations are funded is changing fast – project funding, contracts rather than grants, social enterprise and outcomes based work are just some of the issues. This session will look at the key trends and how we can build a sustainable and sound business model for our organisation. |
Making it happen |
This session will look at the steps involved in developing a business plan that will add value to your organisation. |
Organisational issues |
A final session to look at how we can manage change in our organisations and ensure that our organisation is strong enough to move forward. |
Course Tutor:
Alan Lawrie – an independent consultant and author who specialises in strategy and organisational development for voluntary organisations. He is the author of five books on different aspects of managing voluntary organisations including the best selling, The Complete Guide to Strategic and Business Planning.
