Preparing for the future of volunteer management after COVID-19

Registration is closed for this event

What are the implications for volunteering as we transition out of lockdown from Covid-19? What might this mean for how we have to change our approach to volunteer engagement?

Rob Jackson, a leading voice in volunteer management is leading this session that will help us to explore the answers and consider what we need to do to succeed at volunteer engagement in our changed world.

If you manage volunteers don’t miss out on this informative course. By the end of this session you will:

    • Be aware of seven key issues facing leaders of volunteer engagement and volunteer involving organisations as we continue to move out of lockdown
    • Have had an opportunity reflect on how these issues apply to your organisation and volunteer engagement practice
    • Gained insight and ideas from colleagues as to how these issues might be tackled
    • Identify actions for you to take now and in coming weeks to respond to the issues highlighted

This training course is free for those who work or volunteer with voluntary, community or social enterprise (VCSE) organisations that operate in Salford.

This session will take place via Zoom and a link will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting with instructions
