Applying for funding is for many organisations an essential yet time-consuming task. with so many guidelines and questions, how do you navigate your way through it all?
In this practical session you will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence of how to write a good funding bid.

To improve confidence and skills in completing a funding application
Learning Outcomes
By attending this session participants will be able to:
- To identify key things to think about before filling in a funding application
- Understand how to plan and write a bid
- Describe what funders are looking for
- Explain key areas that make a bid stand out.
This training course is free for those who work or volunteer with voluntary, community or social enterprise (VCSE) organisations that operate in Salford.
Update: Due to current Covid-19 restrictions remaining in place this course will now take place via Zoom over 3 sessions:
- Wednesday 30th June, 10am - 11:30am
- Friday 2nd July, 10am - 11:30am
- Wednesday 7th July, 10am - 11:30am
Please note all 3 sessions must be attended to complete the training.
