Measuring your Impact - The Essentials

 Registration is closed for this event

As life has radically changed over the past year due to COVID-19 we will need to look back in order to plan forward. It is vital that we collect the data and evidence that will support key forward decision making as well as building confidence with our potential funders.

We will explore the 4 pillars of monitoring and evaluation;

  • Learning
  • Planning
  • Reporting
  • Costing

We will discuss the Golden Impact Triangle and look at creating an outcomes framework to support a clear narrative between what activities we undertake and impact that we are delivering.

The session will be led by Adrian Nottingham who is the Social Value, Quality and Impact Officer, Bolton CVS
