The next: VOCAL; Wellbeing, Health and Social Care Forum takes place on the 16th July at St Sebastian’s Community Centre from 10 am – 12 noon, focusing on:

Salford Together programmes update:

  • Enhanced Care
  • Care Navigation
  • Neighbourhood Boards/ Forums
  • SPCT
  • Urgent Care

In what way is the VCSE sector involved with delivering the above programmes and what other opportunities are on the horizon through Salford Together and Salford Primary Care Together programmes?

 Wellbeing Matters

  • Creates a new infrastructure which will link statutory health care to VCSE provision and activities
  • Focusing on Person and Community-Centred Approaches
  • No additional money for services and activities…but the Third Sector Grant scheme will be used to support activity for social prescribing
