The pandemic forced many organisations to quickly rethink and restructure the services we deliver. This session will look at how we can review our services taking into account:
- The different needs and experiences of our communities.
- How to design services around the needs of the service user.
- The move to on line and digital services.
- The need to think about outcomes and the bigger system.
The session will offer a range of tested and practical tools that people can use back in their organisations to improve how we design and manage our services.
This session will take place via Zoom and a link will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting with instructions
Priority will be given to VCSE sector organisations. Any places allocated to those outside of the sector will be charged at the usual rate. Please contact us for more information regarding charges
