The Outcomes Star™ is a unique suite of tools for supporting and measuring change when working with people.

This one day course will cover:
- Introduction to the Star and Journey of Change
- How to use the Star with clients
- How to use the Star as a basis for action plans and reviews
- The Star Online web application
- How to interpret and use the data
- Implementation within your organisation.

Workers / volunteers who are new to Outcomes Star but whose organisation are using Outcomes Star.
Workers / volunteers from organisations who wish to explore using Outcomes Star.
Anyone with an interest in demonstrating outcomes and how they make a difference.
