*** Due to the length and nature of the course it has been decided to deliver the training over 3 modules. 

The dates are the 18th, 20th and 25h January. You must be able to attend the first module to receive the Zoom invite to the following modules.  A reminder email and Zoom invite will be sent out a day before the training is due to take place. ***

Applying for funding is for many organisations an essential yet time consuming task. with so many guidelines and questions how do you navigate your way through it all?

In this practical session you will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence of how to write a good funding bid.

Aim

To improve confidence and skills in completing a funding application

Learning Outcomes

By attending this session participants will be able to:

  • To identify key things to think about before filling in a funding application
  • Understand how to plan and write a bid
  • Describe what funders are looking for
  • Explain key areas that make a bid stand out.

This training course is free for those who work or volunteer with voluntary, community or social enterprise (VCSE) organisations that operate in Salford.

Priority will be given to VCSE sector organisations. Any places allocated to those outside of the sector will be charged at the usual rate. Please contact us for more information regarding charges
