Join on Thursday 21st May - 1.00pm - 4.00pm to hear about:
As we think about our recovery phase …
- What pressures and changes are we expecting will result from this time?
- What can we do to face these together?
- What opportunities are emerging?
- What can we do to ensure we capture these?
Thinking about the future …
- How will we keep and build on the things that have worked?
- How will we keep cultivating the seeds that have been planted?
- How can we support each other in shaping a better “new”?
Different perspectives on how people in communities and the broad ‘voluntary’ sector are grappling with current scenarios ...
- What shape are our challenges taking?
- How are people working this out, what's working well?
- What can we learn from each other?
- What are we doing differently?
- Which challenges can we collectively work on now?
- What ideas and solutions need more development?
The conference is open to all - though will probably focus on the UK experience of the pandemic, people with diverse points of view are welcome eg:
- People with lived experience
- Mutual aid groups
- People involved in volunteering
- People with informal support roles
- Voluntary, faith and social enterprise sectors
- Community organisers
- ...as well as organisations and partners across all public and private sectors supporting or working with civil society.
