Harvard Business Review has written an article exploring what good leadership looks like during this pandemic.
They look at the reasons why leaders delay taking actions and downplay threats and failing the 'coronavirus leadership test'.
In the current pandemic, leaders who waited too long for the situation to become clear were then behind in trying to control the crisis.
The article looks at leaders who also 'passed the test', acting quickly, communicating honestly and recognizing their mistakes not assigning blame.
