Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Achieve Bolton, Bury, Salford and Trafford. The post holder will form part of a busy Criminal Justice Team, working as a Recovery Coordinator to support the engagement and retention of service users accessing support, promoting their recovery, offering one to one support and negotiating achievable recovery plans with service users and their family and carers where appropriate.

Main duties of the job

The post holder with have excellent knowledge regarding a range of substances and treatment options available and demonstrable experience in case management of service users with complex needs associated with substance misuse and be able to manage their time effectively and ensure timely submission of service data and professional reports.
