Help and FAQs

Can I save my application?

You can save one draft per application form.

To do this, scroll to the bottom of the online application form and select 'Save draft'. You will see a green notification message at the top of the form which confirms that the application has been saved.

To view your saved draft return to the application form. You can follow any links to the Healthy Schools Fund application form to view your draft version.

Can I edit my application once I submit it?

Once you have submitted your application you will not be able to edit it online.

Please make sure you are happy with the application before submitting it.

If you need to make an edit please contact the office on 0161 787 7795.

How do I know if I am logged in?

If you are logged in to our site you will be able to view an orange side menu on the right hand side of your browser window, titled 'Member Account'.

If you can't see the menu check if it is being displayed at the bottom of your screen (on smaller screens and when you shrink your browser window the menu will reposition to the bottom of the screen).

If you need to log in you can do so here.

Can I check if I already have an account?

As this is our first online grant application round for members you are unlikely to have an account.

If you are unsure you can try to log in here or you can contact our office on 0161 787 7795 who will be able to confirm this for you.

The form isn't displaying correctly in my browser

Therefore, we recommend that you update to the latest version of your browser, or if you are running Internet Explorer to install one of the alternatives. You can install browsers for free by searching for them using your current browser.

I can't submit my application form

Some of the questions on the application form are madatory - you must answer these to submit your form.

If you are unable to submit the form you will be able to view a red comment at the top of the screen. This will list any questions that need to be answered.

If you are still having difficulties please contact our office 0161 787 7795.

My budget total isn't auto-calculating

If your total budget field isn't displaying a figure make sure you haven't included any full stops, commas, text, £ signs or other symbols in the 'item cost' fields. E.g. £2,500 should be entered as 2500.

You must also have a figure in each of the budget item cost boxes, even if this figure is '0'.

How do I track the status of my application?

You can check the status of all of your grant applications by clicking 'Completed applications' in your right-hand side orange menu. Here you will be able to view when you application has gone to panel.

If your application is successful, you will also be able to see when your monitoring and evaluation is due in this area. A link will appear for you to complete your grant monitoring online. Once you have submitted your monitoring form this will automatically update your grant status.
