Henshaws is a charity supporting people who live with sight loss and other disabilities based in the North West.
They offer support, guidance and training so that people with visual impairments and their families can have confidence and learn new skills.
With Cornavirus affecting daily life, it has become harder for those with visual impairments to get the help and assistance they need with their shopping. Simon, the Senior Rehabilitation Officer for Henshaws has low vision and thought he would write some guidance for anyone with sight loss.
Simon suggests that one of the main things to do is to try and keep a routine by buying and cooking the same things where possible. The tips that Simon has written is for someone who is shopping for a visually impaired person.
