Mind In Salford are looking for organisations who deal with groups facing barriers, as part of their Accessibility Project
Mind In Salford want to create a better understanding of the needs of groups and organisations of different communities within Salford. The Accessibility Project is aimed organisations who support groups of people with experience of barriers when engaging with the local services. These barriers could include language, age, poverty, cultural understanding, physical/mental health, social issues, digital isolation, and any other barrier which a group of people have faced.
Organisations who help the Accessibility Project will receive £500 from Mind which organisations will use to enrol participants to support Mind to deliver a mindfulness session in the community. The session would be delivered either online or in person following social distancing guidelines. There will also be evaluations forms which will need to be collected.
