The new measures, which came into effect on Thursday 5 November, will apply nationally for four weeks up to Wednesday 2 December.
Salford City Council has summarised some of the key points on this webpage and full details are available on the GOV.UK website.
The new restrictions centre on staying at home and avoiding meeting people you do not live with as much as possible. A graphic explaining the exceptions to the 'stay at home' regulations can be downloaded here.
We understand that this is an incredibly difficult time for our communities and the voluntary organisations, community groups and social enterprises that serve them.
If your organisation needs some support or has a query about the impact of the national restrictions on your service, please get in touch with us.
