Empower Me Together invites young people aged 14–18 and adults aged 19+ to take part in their Creative Arts Workshops — a fun, welcoming space where creativity meets wellbeing.
Participants can expect:
🖌️ Engaging hands-on arts & crafts activities
🧘♀️ Simple mindfulness techniques that can be used for life
💬 A safe, supportive environment to connect, reflect, and grow
Workshop Details:
Dates: Every Thursday – 29th May and 5th, 12th, 19th June 2025
Location: Pendleton Gateway
Time: Adults (19+): 2.00pm – 3.30pm Young People (14–18): 4.00pm – 5.00pm
Cost: Free for both adults and young people (a short form will need to be completed)
