Join Salford Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) in celebration of Dementia Action Week

With a sustained drop in dementia diagnosis rates for the first time ever, this Dementia Action Week, we want to encourage those who might be living with, or close to someone who might be living with undiagnosed dementia to:

• be able to understand and recognise potential dementia symptoms

• get some guidance and support

• feel empowered to take the next step

• improve the diagnosis process for both them and healthcare professionals.

Join the CCG at The Lighthouse Venue, Coronet Way, M50 1RE, on Tuesday 17th May 2022, between 10 AM and 2:30 PM for an informative day, featuring raffles, prizes, and a marketplace. Parking is free and refreshments will be provided.
