Salford Foodbanks

Donate goods

Donate to your local foodbank or food club.

Following the latest 'Stay Home, Save Lives' guidance from the government you must only leave your home to buy food, for health reasons or work (where absolutely necessary).

Many foodbanks have suspended accepting donations of food via their shops.

There are still ways you can support your local food banks and food clubs while keeping yourself and others safe:

Via donation points

You can donate to local foodbanks via donation points in supermarkets. Only do this as part of your essential shopping trip and do not bulk purchase even if you are planning on donating the goods.

Donate money directly to the foodbank

Many food banks and charities have online donation pages. You can provide invaluable support for these front line organisations by making a one off or recurring donation so they are able to purchase essential provisions in these times of high demand.

If you are a local business or organisation

If you are a local business or organisation that can make a bulk donation of essential food or toilletries please let us know via this form.
