
Thriving Communities is a new national support programme for voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise groups, supporting communities impacted by COVID19 in England, working alongside social prescribing link workers. If you are part of a local voluntary, community, faith, social enterprise group or organisation in England providing support to communities impacted by COVID19 and health inequalities, Thriving Communities will help you to share your learning, gain new ideas, access funding and develop partnerships across sectors. Thriving Communities Learning Together
Apply now to be part of the Learning Together Programme in the North West.
Join us in an Action Learning Set that will, support the grass roots VCFSE organisations that underpin social prescribing across the North West.
The programme starting in January 2021 will help you to:
- Build new partnerships across sectors, including arts, financial wellbeing, natural environment, leisure, physical activity and sport, health and care
- Collaborate and problem solve, learning from each other’s experiences
- Find peer support, with time to talk about the challenges of your work
- Champion your work, particularly in relation to COVID19
