Last month Voice4Change England and ACEVO released Home Truths: Undoing racism and delivering real diversity in the charity sector.
The report contained 15 recommendations that cover funding, organisational policy, collective action and the behaviour of charity CEOs.
The emphasis of the recommendations is not only on diversifying the charity workforce but in creating a transformation that is reflected in everything charities do: from how they work to what they do in wider society to target and enhance outcomes for racialised and minoritised people.
