Course Overview

This course is designed to help small organisations understand how to develop simple financial records that are accurate, up to date and easy to maintain. It looks at why records need to be kept and who should keep them. It provides a practical step by step approach to producing accurate records and financial reports

Aim

To enable participants to develop the skills to keep accurate financial records for an organisation

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course participants will have a basic understanding of:-

  • Why an organisation needs financial records
  • Who should keep the financial records
  • How to prepare and keep simple financial records

This training course is free for those who work or volunteer with voluntary, community or social enterprise (VCSE) organisations that operate in Salford.
