Wellbeing Conversation Training

The aim of this training is to enable you to have wellbeing conversations with people you know in Salford (Family, friends, neighbours and acquaintances);  or within your role as a volunteer or frontline worker.

Parenting Programmes – Supporting an Anxious Child and Teen

Shining a Light on Suicide training          
It can be really hard to know how to support someone who you think might be feeling suicidal. Zero Suicide Alliance have created free online training that will give you the skills you need to help someone who is struggling with suicidal thoughts.

START’s Exhibition         
START is a Salford based mental health charity that uses creativity, connection and recovery interventions to help improve people’s lives. 2023 will mark 30 years since the charity was founded.

This exhibition will aim to shine a spotlight on the charity and the hard work and dedication of the staff and volunteers and highlight the impact of START on the city and its people.
