Aspire provides extraordinary support for exceptional people living with Dementia and Learning Disabilities in Salford and the surrounding areas. We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We are currently recruiting for a Team Manager to work in our Supported Living team, which supports people living in our tenancies or their own homes to live independently and to be an active member of their local community.
Working in our dynamic supported living management team, you will report to the Positive Behaviour Support Service Manager and the Head of the Service, and will be responsible for managing a team of Support Workers across our tenancies.
You will contribute to promoting a positive culture, seeking continuous improvement, and always working towards our purpose, vision and values. Your main focus will be ensuring the safe and effective care and support provision in compliance with internal and external quality standards and legislation.
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills which will enable you to coordinate the smooth running of our services and lead on staff supervision and development with the to ability to manage performance, motivate and bring out the best in your teams.
You will take the lead on updating support plans, ensuring positive outcomes for the people supported and will contribute to our ongoing digitalisation process – managing staff rostering, annual leave, timesheets, recruitment, and induction.
You will be part of our ON-CALL duties shared with other team managers which may require weekend availability.
