The aim of this course is
• Provide you with the tools to write and develop an effective Business Plan
• Give a understanding of the different elements which make up a Business Plan 
• Assist in refreshing your Business Plan 

This course will help you to:
• Understand what constitutes a good business plan
• Develop your business plan
• Examine and review your current situation       
• Define objectives, direction and future trends
• Look at financial implications
• Take practical steps towards successfully marketing your organisation

Attending the Course
To gain the best benefit from the course please bring with you you’re:

  • Vision (in 3 - 5 years time)
  • Mission Statement and what your Objectives would be.
  • Please also bring along a lap top or other electronic devises suitable for Wi-Fi

Course Benefits and aftercare
10 groups or organisations to send 2 people to receive 1 day training, plus 2 extra hours mentoring support to develop or review your Business Plan. Available only to groups attending the course.

Who should attend?
Chief Officers, Trustees, Treasurers, Company Secretaries and Business Development Managers, those developing or starting an organisation.

How to book

If there is high demand for a course we may not be able to accept all members of multiple bookings so that as many organisations as possible can access the training. If  this is the case, you will be contacted by a member of staff at least a week before the course date.

This is a free course. A cancellation fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancellations with less than 7 days notice. You may delegate a colleague to attend in your place, in this case you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Assessment and certification
