Trainer profile
This training is delivered by members of the Voluntary and Community Sector Training Pool, members of which come from a number of organisations in the voluntary and community sector in Salford and have experience of working with children and families.
Assessment and certification
Each course participant will receive a certificate verified by Salford’s Safeguarding Children Board on completion of all appropriate paperwork.
Other information
Informal, friendly but challenging training for those who want to know more about child protection and safeguarding.
This training course is free for those who work or volunteer with voluntary, community or social enterprise (VCSE) organisations that operate in Salford.
Priority will be given to VCSE sector organisations. Any places allocated to those outside of the sector will be charged at the usual rate. Please contact us for more information regarding charges.
