VIVA Volunteer Coordinators’ Forum

Registration is closed for this event

Involving Volunteers Safely

This Volunteer Coordinators’ Forum is in partnership with Action Together, Bolton CVS and Macc Volunteer Centres across Greater Manchester. It is being led by Salford CVS & Volunteer Centre and is open to organisations working in any of the boroughs in Greater Manchester.

Risk Assessments are key to reopening services and to ensure risks are considered for staff and volunteers. During this session we will share our Covid 19 Individual Risk Assessment Toolkit and Self-Assessment Tool that provides guidance to completing assessments for staff and volunteers.

The aim of the session is to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake individual risk assessments for your volunteers.

Please note this training does not cover buildings or dynamic assessments.

News Updates

There will be a chance for everyone to meet other Coordinators and share updates. We will have breakout rooms where you can share updates and network with other organisations.

This session will take place via Zoom and a link will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting with instructions
