This training is for Senior leaders/managers from organisations who have previously attended the Building Trauma Responsive Communities Part 1 workshop and have not yet applied for the seed funding to embed trauma responsive practices in their organisation.
Learning outcomes:
By the end of this workshop, participants will:
1. Have a shared understanding of what trauma is.
2. Explore what Trauma Responsive Practice (TRP) can look like.
3. Consider a model of good practice and its underlying principles.
4. Consider areas of TRP to build on in their own organisations.
5. Explore further tools and research.
6. Understand the funding available to support this work and how to apply for it.
