This training will cover:
- The current data on volunteer engagement — rates of volunteering, time given, why people volunteer and why they don’t
- Some of the social trends driving change in volunteering
- What organisations can do to adapt to the new volunteering reality
- What steps you need to take to adapt your volunteering offer, learning from the experience of others on the course
- How to set an effective vision for volunteer engagement and why that’s crucial to successful volunteering outcomes
- Why having a volunteering strategy is important
- How we establish some fundamentals of a strategy
The cost of this course is £60 per participant.
