Theme Neighbourhood Health and Care in Salford

Our next Vocal Wellbeing, Health and Social Care Forum will focus on Neighbourhood Health and Care in Salford, exploring the Salford neighbourhood model and how the VCSE sector contribute.

The session will include:

• An update on Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs), Proactive Community Care and Salford's neighbourhood model.
• Examples of how VCSE organisations are already supporting health and wellbeing in neighbourhoods.
• An interactive mapping exercise to identify the sector's contributions and opportunities for greater collaboration.
