The aim of this course is
To provide participants with an overview of charity accounting.

This course will help you to
• Understand the key stages in drafting a set of year-end accounts
• Gain tips on how to prepare for an audit

Who should attend?
The workshop is designed for treasurers and finance staff who may be new to an organisation or the sector, or those who need a refresher. The workshop will include an opportunity for questions as well as case studies and practical exercises.

How to book
To book a place simply click the ‘Register Now’ button that appears at the bottom of this page. You will immediately receive an email to confirm your booking on the course and an invoice will be issued.

If there is high demand for a course we may not be able to accept all members of multiple bookings so that as many organisations as possible can access the training. If  this is the case, you will be contacted by a member of staff at least a week before the course date.

A cancellation fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancellations. You may delegate a colleague to attend in your place, in this case you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Details of cancellation fees can be found here.

Assessment and certification
A certificate of attendance will be awarded to each course participant on completion of all appropriate paperwork.
