- Outcome based design.
- Improving the ‘user’ experience.
- Showing the impact of our work.
- New service ideas.
- Creating a learning culture that values experience.
It will be relevant to anyone involved in developing a plan for new service or people wanting to ensure that a current service is relevant and delivers the best impact.
The day will be packed with case studies based on real examples and participants will have the opportunity to use established techniques and tools that can help to improve how our services are designed and operate.
The course will be led by Alan Lawrie an experienced management consultant specialising in organisational development.
