Organisation description: We are a community pub based in Higher Broughton. We are a co-operative and aim to keep the notion of a community pub alive when so many are closing around us.
We are a co-operative and anyone can join if they purchase a share. Currently a share costs £100.
We hope our pub is a hub of sorts for the many communities in which we sit. We aim to provide licensed premises where people can drink of course but also as a place for people to meet, play darts or pool. Or come along to our folk club on of the first Wednesday of the month our regular Stacoustic music nights.
We are run by the local community and aim to meet their expressed needs through the work of the management committee.
