Organisation description: Bounceback Food C.I.C is a social enterprise that has been fighting food poverty in the North West since 2014.
Our cookery courses teach people how to make healthy meals from scratch, improve their budgeting skills and cut down on food waste. We use a 'buy one, donate one' model to ensure that all members of the community can take part.
We also support foodbanks by selling a range of staple food again on a 'buy one, donate one' basis at market events and online. For every product sold, we donate the same one to the customers nearest FareShare/Trussel Trust foodbank!
