Who do you work with?: All Client Groups
Organisation description: Onwards and Upwards works with anyone who lives with Mental,Physical and Emotional challenges, we help people, help each other, help themselves, this is done through drop ins, one to one support sessions, allotment sessions and workshops.

We create opportunities within our community and collectively encourage each other to lead happier healthier lifestyles, our focus is Irlam and Cadishead but are open to anybody within our city and often see people from out of the area joining us.

We are currently working on a community cafe in Irlam where people would have access to good old fashioned cooking at affordable prices with peer support,drop ins and workshops running alongside.
Facilities and resources: Wheelchair access, Catering provided, Refreshments provided, Car parking, Disabled parking, Photocopying, Event management facilities
