Organisation description: Frameworks Social Enterprise CIC is a company that exists to provide routes into the Construction Industry for disadvantaged individuals and priority groups within society. We aim to build long term relationships with clients and community support networks to provide a platform for sustainable employment opportunities. Our existing close relationships with the construction industry give us access to employment opportunities on some of the biggest projects being undertaken within the Grater Manchester area.
We believe that by adopting a collaborative approach with clients, we will be best equipped to meet the future demands of the industry whilst removing barriers to employment for individuals who need the opportunity and support to succeed in the construction industry.
