Who do you work with?: Young offenders
Organisation description: I am employed by Salford Youth Offending Service and work for a company called Remedi who deliver restorative justice and reparation with young people aged 12-18. Our aim is to give back to the community whilst giving young people skills and experiences that they also benefit from through nurturing and stable relationships with the supervisor. This can include helping community centers, community gardens etc and also undertaking 'Restorative Action Projects'. This is where the young people work towards an end goal like an event or a creation that helps other charities and members of the community.
