Organisation description: Search wellbeing is a group established to support individuals well-being through meditation, walking, workshops and other creative initiatives. The group supports adults only and is facilitated from Monton Unitarian church, Monton Eccles.
Individuals gather at 18:30pm on Friday evenings and start the session with a walk along the roe green loop line before returning to the church annex for a guided meditation session. People are welcome to join the gathering at 19:00pm if they wish to join in the meditation activity only. Our qualified meditation teacher who holds a diploma in meditation from the British school of meditation and is the British school of meditation North west trainer runs the sessions. All sessions are suitable for beginners. We also offer workshops and invite speakers several times a year, inline with our well-being ethos. The group is priced at £4.00. (If a person is being supported to attend the gathering, costing only apply to the individual not the supporting individual).
