Ordsall History Group

Who do you work with?: All Client Groups, Learning disabilities (people with)
Organisation description: We are a local group of many different ages, coming together to research our history of Ordsall and where it is going also to teach the younger generation of there their history and to show them how there parents and grandparents lived which in our area there is nothing of the sort. we also get together, to plan trips to see history in the making and also to learn more. It is also good for open days as the local community come to see what we do and have a laugh at the old times as they put it.
Facilities and resources: Wheelchair access, Refreshments provided, Car parking, Disabled parking
What are your opening days and times, and when is your venue and meeting space available?: We meet every month. To talk about about what we have found or learned about in the weeks we didn't meet up some have been walking around the area so they get out and see new things that they wouldn't of before and meeting new people to find out there story
