Organisation description: Live Well Community Group is a Charity that supports the community to live healthy, be independent and to achieve a sense of fulfillment by giving people the self-belief to make healthy choices and to take responsibility for their own health whilst encouraging habits of wellness. We offer various sessions that all aim to build community cohesion and avoid social isolation, we also provide a weight management service offering exercise and fitness classes and healthy eating advice.
