Organisation description: The JC foundation trust provides a platform for the local community to enhance community cohesion and a give a social voice to all when it comes to important issues such as disability , antisemitism and discrimination, social justiceand ethics.
We work with you to understand your needs and we design solutions and programmes tailored to you as residents, we facilitate access and reach out to relevant information , people and resources from local and national authorities and supporting organisations.
