Organisation description: Every girl should have the right to rise through education. Every girl should be given the opportunity to be the best she can be. Our Rise Together programme, which is delivered in schools, help girls from disadvantaged backgrounds to overcome obstacles to success.

Our education programme helps girls aged 11-18 in disadvantaged areas of the UK to rise.

Many of the girls we work with have limited choices that can lead to forced marriage, honour based violence and exploitation.

We provide a supportive environment for exploring these issues, sharing hopes and fears, challenging cultural beliefs and understanding the use of safety plans. Tools such as group counselling, mentorship and emotional skills training help girls to explore and shape their own identity. Girls then graduate and continue to be Ambassadors in their local areas and connect with other schools from the wider area. We want to empower young girls, to remove barriers and encpurage a successful, independant future.
