Organisation description: We are an outreach group based in Salford, we take hot meals and necessities including sleeping bags, hand warmers, clothing etc along with sandwiches and cakes to feed the rough sleepers, homeless living in hostels or temporary accommodation, as well as anyone who generally needs food, (not everyone with a roof over their head can afford food shopping). We do this 7 nights a week and some mornings.

We also work alongside other outreach groups to provide emergency food parcels to anyone in need along with household items donated by our wonderful members, this includes anything from kitchen appliances to bedroom furniture.

As well as all of the above we work really hard to signpost people in need to the necessary organisations for their circumstances and make follow up calls and visits to make sure they’re coping with their new way of life.

Although we are based in Salford, our outreach nights are based mainly in the city centre but we cover the whole of Greater Manchester if the need arises.
