Organisation description: We are based a the Agnes Hopkins Centre which is situated at the heart of Swinton town centre. Our members consist of people who are elderly, vulnerable or isolated. We offer hot nutritional meals Monday - Friday at an affordable cost. We offer activities such as creative, exercise, leisure and social activities.
