Organisation description: We are the decadence beauty salon CIC. What we plan to do is secure funding for a laser hair/tattoo removal machine. Once we have that we will be offering completely full body hair removal for free for anyone who is trans or non-binary. Dysphoria is a mental illness suffered by people who's gender identity doesn't match their physical body. It's one of the leading causes of suicide and a very serious issue facing our LGBTQ+ communities. A full body laser treatment from a private clinic costs between £3,000-£5,000. This means it would be cheaper to come to us from anywhere in the United Kingdom than to buy it privately.
Kitty will be the only employee. But once it's all set up we will be looking for a volunteer assistant/ admin.
